Day-of Coordination
6 Hrs Pre-Wedding Planning
- 3 -1hr Planning Meetings. (6 months, 60 days & 2 weeks out – or compressed if timeline is shorter).
- Venue Visit.
- Review of Pinterest, Theme and Colors.
- Décor Discussion.
- Confirm Vendors & Details.
- Review Insurance & Permitting.
- Venue Space & Floor Plan Review
- Timeline Review & Vendor Needs.
- Set up & Break Down Discussion & Mgmt.
- Staffing Needs.
- Text Responses along the Way.
- Manage Rehearsal (90 mins max) (Bridal Party Entrance, Details and Timing).
On-Site Coordination of Your BIG Day
- Greet Bridal Party upon Arrival & Review Timeline for any Last-Minute Changes.
- Arrive BEFORE Vendors, Greet, Check orders and Confirm Timeline and Details.
- Check in with Vendors on Schedule. (Guide them in).
- Check in with Grooms party to confirm ALL members and family arrives. (Guide them in).
- Check in with Bridal party to confirm ALL members and family arrives. (Guide them in).
- Q&A with Bridal Party throughout the Day.
- Time Management with Photographer.
- Manage all set up Team Members - Family and Staff – stepping in to assist.
- Manage Last Minute Instructions, Changes, Additions & Confirm Site Ready before Final Check in with Party.
- Confirm Venue Ready for Ceremony, Ensure Florals are distributed correctly, and Bride and Party is ‘Ready to Walk’.
- Bridal Party Schedule, Arrival, Makeup, Hair, Photos, Ceremony, Speeches, Dinner, Dances, Cake, First Dance and the New
- Mr & Mrs Send off.
- Manage all Breakdown with Team Members – Family and or Staff and Stepping in to Assist.
- Final Cleanup Walk-Through.
- Trouble Shooting
- Final Timely Departures of all Vendors
- Check with Venue Lead and Sign Out
